Online only, no retail markup
We run online only, out of a warehouse rather than a shopfront. The overheads a retail chain carries are the difference you see in the price.
Whether you are revamping a kitchen, fixing a leaky tap or building the outdoor space you have been drawing on the back of an envelope, we have the gear to get it done. Home Improvement Company sells online only and buys direct, which is where the price difference comes from. Appliances, lighting, hardware, tools, paint preparation, bath and kitchen fixtures, safety and storage, delivered right across Australia.
Home Improvement Company, Home Improvement Products Online
Our range emphasises quality, usefulness and value. Tell us what job you are doing and we will tell you honestly whether we have something that suits it.
We run online only, out of a warehouse rather than a shopfront. The overheads a retail chain carries are the difference you see in the price.
Vacuums, ladders, shelving, chandeliers, grab bars and the practical hardware a house keeps needing, chosen for daily use rather than for a photograph. Every published specification on a product page is the supplier's own.
Free on orders over $90. Below that the courier option is express at $25. Delivery is 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time, tracked from pickup.
Everything here is new. Buying direct means the price is cut, not the quality, and nothing on this site is used, refurbished or sold as seconds.
Where a listing does not publish a figure, our page says so rather than guessing it. If a piece is wrong for your room, we would rather tell you than sell it to you.
Email us and a person reads it and replies, usually within one working day. No scripts, and a straight answer when something is not the right fit for your space.
Free delivery on orders over $90, and no minimum order. The price on the page is the price charged.
Vacuums, cleaners and household appliances for the jobs that come round every week, delivered anywhere in Australia.
Bathroom fittings and safety hardware, including grab bars and tile finishes that go up without a trade quote.
The practical metalwork behind a working house: drain pans, brackets and the parts that stop small problems becoming expensive ones.
Kitchen fittings and fixtures, from rinsers to splashback finishes, chosen for kitchens that get used rather than photographed.
Chandeliers, pendants and outdoor lighting, in the sizes and finishes Australian rooms actually take.
Wall preparation and finishing gear, including the steamer that takes old wallpaper off without gouging the plaster.
Tools and lifting gear for renovation days, sized for a home workshop rather than a commercial site.
Detection and monitoring for the parts of a home you cannot see, starting with the air inside it.
Shelving, ladders and storage that turn a garage or a laundry into somewhere you can find things.
Nine ranges, seventeen products, and a straight answer about every one of them.
A bagless upright vacuum, a wet dry workshop vacuum, a hand-held pet stain and upholstery cleaner and a portable radiant heater. The machines a house works hardest.
Crystal and rectangular crystal chandeliers in three sizes each, modern pendant lamps in black, chrome and gold, and motion-sensor solar lights for outside.
Folding step ladders in two, three and four step versions, and heavy duty shelving in three heights and two finishes. The garage and the laundry, sorted.
Two-person shoulder moving straps that take an appliance or a wardrobe up a staircase without wrecking your back or the doorframe.
An electric wallpaper steamer, a peel-and-stick subway tile splashback in five finishes, an automatic glass rinser and a suction shower grab bar.
A stainless steel washing machine drain pan for the laundry floor, and a carbon dioxide meter for the air you cannot see.
Buying tools and fixtures online is a different job from walking a hardware aisle. This is the short version of how it works here, what it means for the price you pay, and where the limits are.
Two things, and neither of them is a trick. We buy direct rather than through a distributor and a retail chain. And there is no shop front here, so there is no rent, no floor staff and no store fit-out sitting on top of the item.
Every product page publishes the dimensions the supplier gives us. Measure first: a chandelier drop, a shelving unit footprint and a step ladder height each have one measurement that decides whether they work, and it is cheaper to check it now than to post it back later.
Every specification on a product page is the one the supplier publishes for that item. Where a figure is not published, the page says so and invites you to ask, rather than borrowing a number from a similar product. That is deliberate: a plausible specification you cannot stand behind is worse than an honest gap.
Some of this range arrives ready to use; the shelving, the chandeliers and the grab bar need assembly or fitting, and the step ladder arrives fully assembled. Where the listing describes what is involved, that is what is involved. Where it does not, we would rather say so than promise you a tool-free job.
Delivery is free across Australia on orders of $90 or more, and $25 below that. Orders are dispatched promptly and take 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time to arrive. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel actually ships, not when you order.
You have 15 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging, with proof of purchase, for a refund. You pay the tracked return postage and there is no handling or restocking fee. A faulty, damaged or wrongly described item is a different matter entirely: under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund, we carry the return postage, and you should tell us within 48 hours if something arrived damaged.
If you are not sure whether a piece fits the space or the job, ask. It is a short email and a great deal easier than sending a parcel back. You can reach us at theteam@customersupport.care.
Appliances, lighting, hardware, tools, paint preparation, bath and kitchen fixtures, safety and storage, with free delivery on orders over $90.
Questions about which piece suits your room, whether it will fit through the door, your order or your delivery? A person on our team is happy to help, seven days a week.
